General Use & Eligibility

The customer agrees to provide accurate, correct, and complete details (such as full name, exact delivery address, and an active phone number) to ensure successful shipping and delivery.
The customer bears full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their account, login information, and password on the store.

Products & Technical Specifications

AFKAR ALBINAA is committed to providing accurate photos, descriptions, and technical specifications for all offered plumbing, electrical, and construction materials. However, slight variations in outer packaging or color shades may occur due to manufacturer updates or screen display settings.
The buyer is responsible for verifying that sizes and technical specs (e.g., pipe diameters, switch and breaker ratings, wire lengths, and insulation types) match their engineering blueprints or site requirements prior to completing the order.

Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the store are denominated in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Shipping and delivery fees are not included in the direct product price; they are calculated and added at checkout based on the total weight of materials and the delivery location.
AFKAR ALBINAA reserves the right to modify product prices or promotional offers without prior notice. Such changes will not affect previously completed and confirmed orders.
In the event of an unintentional pricing error, the store reserves the right to contact the customer to correct the price or cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Inventory Availability & Order Confirmation

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase. The order becomes binding and confirmed once a confirmation notification is issued via SMS or email.
Products are subject to actual warehouse availability. If an item becomes out of stock after order confirmation, the customer will be notified to receive an approved alternative or a full refund for the unavailable item.

Shipping, Delivery & Offloading Policy

Shipments are delivered to the address provided during checkout. The customer must ensure a safe and accessible path for shipping vehicles and heavy trucks to enter the site.
Offloading Building Materials: Delivery is strictly limited to unloading goods at the nearest safe access point for the truck (in front of the building/site). Delivery does not include manual transport to upper floors or inside apartments unless agreed upon in advance and additional fees are paid.
The customer or their representative must inspect and verify the quantity and condition of the received materials before signing the delivery receipt.

Warranty & Maintenance

Electrical products, pumps, faucets, and equipment are subject to the official agent or manufacturer warranty terms.
The warranty is rendered void in the following cases:
- Improper installation or hiring unqualified technicians for plumbing and electrical work.
- Severe electrical fluctuations or running water pumps under dry conditions (without water).
- Damage resulting from misuse or unauthorized technical modifications to the product.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Product returns and exchanges are governed by store policy and applicable commercial regulations.
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, in original manufacturer packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.
Custom-ordered items or items sold by direct cutting (e.g., cut wires, cut pipes, or chemical products and sealants once unsealed) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.

Limitation of Liability AFKAR ALBINAA assumes no liability for any structural damages, financial losses, or project delays resulting from incorrect material installation or shipping delays caused by force majeure beyond our control.

Intellectual Property All website content—including text, logos, designs, and product photos—is the exclusive property of AFKAR ALBINAA and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Saudi courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
